The service

The Loomiks AI Factory Sizer is provided by Sirin Digital Limited (company number 17401586). It produces first-order planning estimates of hardware, power and cost from the inputs you give it and from public data as of the stated date.

Estimates, not advice

Results and reports are estimates generated by software. They are not quotations, benchmark results, or engineering, financial or legal advice, and actual performance and costs can differ materially. Check them independently before you make purchasing or investment decisions.

Paid reports

Where a report is sold, it is digital content supplied immediately after payment. If you are a consumer, you agree to immediate supply and acknowledge that the 14-day cancellation right ends once the report is supplied. If a report fails to open or has a technical fault, email us within 14 days for a fix or a refund.

Use of reports

You may use your reports within your organisation and in business cases and proposals. Do not resell the service, scrape it in bulk, or try to disrupt it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the report concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

Law
