Who we are

Sirin Digital Limited, registered in England and Wales with company number 17401586, is the controller for personal data processed through the Loomiks AI Factory Sizer. Contact: onur.sirin@sirindigital.uk.

What we collect

The calculator runs in your browser and sends nothing to us while you use it. When you create a report we store your email address, whether you asked for updates, and the inputs of your scenario. If you buy a report, Stripe processes the payment; we receive confirmation of the payment and the amount, never your card details. We do not use cookies, advertising or analytics tools. When you buy a report, your browser keeps the report reference in local storage so the report can reopen after payment. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and operations.

Why we use it

To create and show your report and to answer questions about it (performance of a contract with you); to keep the service secure and improve the sizer (our legitimate interests); and, only if you tick the box, to send occasional updates about Loomiks (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by replying to any update or emailing us).

Who processes it for us

Supabase (database hosting in London, United Kingdom), Railway (application hosting) and, when paid reports are enabled, Stripe (payments). Some of these providers are based outside the UK; where personal data is transferred, it is protected by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

Report records are deleted 24 months after creation. If you asked for updates, we keep your email for that purpose until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, ask us to restrict or stop processing it, and ask for a copy in a portable format. Email us and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
